Clear answers, before you begin

A few things
families ask us.

Not sure which service fits? We’re happy to talk through your schedule, budget, and care needs.

What areas does Little Angels Nanny Service serve?

We serve Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, Jupiter, Tequesta, Juno Beach, Wellington, Lake Worth Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Gulf Stream, and Manalapan; Fort Lauderdale, Parkland, Weston, and Coral Springs; and Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, and Key Biscayne. We also serve the surrounding communities listed below. Nanny placements are also available in Naples; contact us to confirm your location and service needs.

How are your nannies and babysitters screened?

Our screening includes interviews, reference verification, criminal background reports, CPR and First Aid certification review, and DMV record screening. We consider childcare experience, reliability, and your family’s needs when referring caregivers.

How much does it cost to hire a nanny?

Nanny wages depend on experience, duties, and schedule and are paid separately from agency fees. Our permanent placement service has a $500 search fee and a placement fee of 20% of annual gross compensation, subject to the applicable minimum and your signed agreement. Review our agency fee page or contact us for a quote for your position.

How much does occasional babysitting cost?

Standard occasional and hotel babysitting is $35 per hour total for one or two children, or $40 per hour total for three or four children. This includes a $10-per-hour agency booking fee. Families pay the sitter directly at $25 or $30 per hour respectively. A four-hour minimum applies. Holiday agency fees are $20 per hour, with $40 per hour paid directly to the sitter.

How do monthly babysitting memberships work?

Bronze is $50 per month for 3 booking credits, Silver is $99 for 7 credits, and Gold is $150 for 12 credits. One credit covers the agency booking fee for one babysitting reservation, regardless of hours booked. Sitter pay is separate at $25 per hour for one or two children or $30 for three or four children. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Memberships require a three-month minimum and are for local South Florida families. A four-hour reservation minimum and holiday policies apply.

Do you offer part-time, evening, weekend, or temporary care?

Yes. We offer occasional, evening, weekend, and temporary babysitting. For an ongoing nanny schedule, tell our placement team your hours, duties, and preferred arrangement so we can discuss the right search for your family.

How long does a permanent nanny placement take?

Most permanent nanny placements take approximately two to four weeks, depending on your schedule, requirements, and candidate availability. Our team assists with candidate introductions and interviews during your nanny search.

What happens if a nanny placement does not work out?

Our placement team stays involved after hiring. Permanent placements include a 90-day replacement policy, subject to the terms and requirements of your signed agreement. Contact our office promptly if you need support.

Can you help with newborn and infant care?

Yes. We place experienced infant nannies and newborn care specialists. Tell us about your baby’s age, routines, care needs, and preferred schedule so we can discuss suitable candidates.

Can visiting families book a hotel babysitter?

Yes. Visiting families can book occasional babysitting for hotel stays and family vacations without a monthly membership. Our automated babysitting system confirms bookings upon submission and assigns a pre-screened sitter without prior staff review. Babysitting bookings do not include interviews, and the same sitter is not guaranteed for every day of a multi-day stay. Call before submitting if you want to speak with our team first.

How do I get started?

For a permanent nanny search, complete our family application or call (561) 684-6361. For occasional or hotel care, use Book a Babysitter and review the booking policies before submitting. Local families who need recurring babysitting can review our monthly memberships.
